How long will we retain the User\u2019s personal data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the type of communication received from the User, HARMON will retain personal data as set out below and, thereafter, for such further period as may be necessary for the bringing, exercise or defence of claims, or in order to address any potential liabilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Management of enquiries, questions and\/or requests for information or service proposals submitted by the User [\u201cContact\u201d section]: the personal data provided will be retained for as long as is necessary to deal with the User\u2019s request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of applications for inclusion in our candidate database for recruitment processes [\u201cTalent\u201d section (\u201cLa Mente-Colmena\u201d)\/submission by email]: the personal data provided will be retained for a maximum period of two years, unless the User indicates otherwise or HARMON considers that such data will not be used in recruitment processes because they do not match the required profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of applications for inclusion in our candidate database for recruitment processes [\u201cTalent\u201d section (\u201cLa Mente-Colmena\u201d)\/submission by email]: the personal data provided will be retained for a maximum period of two years, unless the User indicates otherwise or HARMON considers that such data will not be used in recruitment processes because they do not match the required profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of participation in our Prometeo training programme for young professionals [\u201cTalent\u201d section (\u201cPrograma Prometeo\u201d)]: the personal data provided will be retained for as long as is necessary to deal with the User\u2019s request and for the duration of the User\u2019s participation in the internship programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of requests to enrol in our Alumni Programme [\u201cTalent\u201d section (\u201cPrograma Alumni\u201d)]: the personal data provided will be retained for as long as is necessary to deal with the User\u2019s request and until such time as the User requests to be removed from the programme.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. To whom will the User\u2019s personal data be disclosed?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, save for any data processors that provide HARMON with ancillary services necessary for its ordinary operation, such as hosting providers or providers of internal management tools, and save where disclosure is required to competent authorities acting in the exercise of their powers. Accordingly, the personal data provided by the User through the Website may be disclosed to public bodies, courts and other administrative authorities where we consider such disclosure necessary in order to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. What rights does the User have when providing us with personal data?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The User has, and may exercise, the following rights in relation to the personal information provided to HARMON:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Right of access: the User has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether HARMON is processing personal data concerning him or her and, where that is the case, to access such personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to rectification: the User may request that inaccurate data be rectified or incomplete data be completed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right to erasure: the User has the right to request that we erase or delete his or her personal data in certain circumstances, including where the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or where the User withdraws consent in relation to processing based on that consent.
